Charles River Bank, Medway, MA

Great staff @ Charles River Bank and super attentive to their customers needs. We've been with the bank for 25+ years and have seen it grow with more branches but still small town service and customer commitment which we fell in love with to begin with. Recently, an ATM machine at a branch ate an ATM card I had late on a Friday night...I was worried to drive away if the card was spit out for the next person driving up. I called their 800# and immediately one of their branch managers answered, listened to my predicament, disabled my card immediately and had me swing by a branch the next day for a replacement. CRB for me!

Great, friendly and helpful staff! Very knowledgeable and dedicated to ensuring integrity in the community banking experience! Great accounts that have no basic fees. Mobile app is my favorite and atm access where ever I've gone on vacation.

I will not have that bank as mine if its the last bank on earth
