RUN... don't walk to a broker that is transparent, honest and professional! Priority Capital does NOT possess any of these qualities! Dishonest about their fees and interest rates, and completely unwilling to correct errors that were made on their end or give an explanation to the fees charged. Save yourself time and aggravation and stay away from these people!

What a great company to deal with. My wife and I own a small brewery in a very small town in Northern California. Our business grew faster than we expected and needed to expand. We spoke with some other lenders and were told either that we had not been in business long enough or that the loan amount was to small. One morning, out of the blue, I get a phone call from Zach Cotter. He told me who he was and that they dealt with breweries and the Brewers Association. Normally I would hang up on sales calls, owning a small business we get a lot. I'm glad I did not hang up on Zach that morning. We spoke for about 10 minutes, explained our situation and Zach said I think we can help. The application process was very simple and fast. Zach was in constant contact with us throughout the process. Once we got the equipment quotes Zach dealt directly with our vendors. He made sure they got paid and the we were still on track for our timeline. After we got our new equipment Zach stayed in touch to make sure everything was good. Zach calls me every once in a while to see how we are doing with the new expansion. I think it was the personal touch in dealing with Zach and Priority Capital that made our expansion go so smoothly. This company has poor customer service. No one returns calls, they fail to tell you an inspector will come by before they can release title to vehicle. I highly advise not to use their services. 7 days my commercial vehicle has sat in my yard due to their poor communication. I have never dealt with a business that was so backwards. Highly unsatisfied with their services. $775 for tag and title, when I am the one that obtained it and The vendor that sold it. I requested a detailed invoice, but no response. I was not impressed with Mike or his Manger Steve, they were useless. On 12/11/18 Justin, the VP sent an email to me to discuss my complaints, I responded on 12/21/18. I still have not heard back as of 1/31/19. Again, very poor service.
