I echo the sentiments of others. They NEVER answer the phone. You have to leave a message, however, they do not return emails or phone calls. If you have a choice then choose another company. One that is accessible to their customers.

Do not use Firestone Financial. They are many other lending institutions that offer better rates and terms and not such a high turnover of staff. The entertainment world deserves a better lender especially during a pandemic. DO NOT USE!
