This company bought my car loan without my knowledge, I have since set up automatic payments with my debt card for them to process but every month since then they have sent me a certified letter telling me they are going to repossess my car even though they have my payment information! I hate these people. I have called with no avail no one answers the phone. Be careful of these people they will take your stuff even if you are paying them.

I honestly have enjoyed the communication with First Help Financial. The app is so easy to use and although at times certain times of the day the phone lines can be busy when I call but I am able to understand what my representative is saying and they are able to help me in any situation I have. I really do enjoy the customer service I receive when I call.
