Applied for a mortgage loan online. the loan officer responded by telling me that I needed to go there and apply for a 500. Secured card. Incorrect advice for someone who is applying for a loan.. She did not offer any loan products or programs specific to my situation. Unprofessional.

Everyone is so friendly and thoughtful. I won $1000 this month just by having a savings account with them. I've never had a bad experience with them and plan on being with bankfive for as long as I can.
