The bank doesn't believe in returning calls. When you're in line, the tellers pick who they are going to serve. No friendliness, they are to serve the community,sad. I'm looking to find bank.

worst bank ever. i went to go pay off my car loan and i gave them my id, social and check. they release my id and social to the teller next to me. this is not ok, not professional at all. one mistake like that, the person could've stolen my identity and god forbid there was money there, they would've taken it all. i don't recommend this bank to anyone. they don't care about anything there.

They are a decent C.U. over all. For the 3rd time @ the NBCU downtown main branch (drive-thru).The teller put my $130.00 into another person's ck-account. I even sent the teller my bank card, ID etc. And yet she still deposited MY $ INTO another account. I had to run into the bank to explain the NBCU's doings again. Mistakes happen. But, NO EXCUSE, ...period. ;-)...

Horrible customer service, I asked at the drive thru for 2 check registers the teller was rude told me I can only have 1. I told her I work 2 jobs and can't get there often she shut me right off the televideo while I was talking to her like she hung up on me & she KNEW I was still talking with her. Can never get thru on the phone to anyone, always voicemail, then phonetag. Tellers are slow & rude. I'm looking for another bank after years of frustration. Worst bank ever IMHO

Every time I call this bank for general questions I get sent to voicemail. People aren’t happy and barley help. They don’t tell you before putting a hold on your card and you’re always out of the loop. My address changed and when a letter was returned to them they put a hold on my debit card and couldn’t fix it because they wouldn’t answer my calls. I had to go to the bank myself.

The new manager of this bank has a awesome attitude she is learning and is doing a great job. Wish I new her name she is so polite and answered all the questions with an amazing attitude. Thank ABBA Father there are nice people still around.

I have been a member of NBCU for many years and I've finally had enough of it's awful service. They have all the same fees as major big banks and none of the convenience. Their debit cards are cheaply made and wear out quickly, they farm out their customer service to foreign countries, trying to set up cards for online wallet use is a nightmare, use of cards online and with other banks and services requires constant verifications often canceling transactions..these are just some of the monthly headaches I have simply trying to bank in 2023. Avoid this credit union at all costs.

Their Fraud department is a complete joke! When your account with NBCU has fraud, they make YOU (the customer) do your own investigation. They do absolutely nothing to help you get your funds back. I waited weeks to get my $ back and would only give me a provisional credit once I proved I did a full investigation and tried. NBCU is NOT in your corner. I've had fraud on my account twice in the past 6 months with them and I barely use my Debit card. I don't trust them with a $1 and you shouldn't either!
