Would highly recommend working with Fairway Independent Mortgage! I'm sure the entire staff is great, however, Samantha made our experience as first-time home buyers as stress free as possible. We couldn't have asked for a better resource - she was responsive, provided clear breakdowns/explanations when it came to our financial picture, and knowledgeable when answering our many (and often dumb) questions. While shopping for mortgages, we actually found a more favorable interest rate with another local lender, but took a slightly higher rate in order to work with Samantha. Again, can't say enough good things about her and will be sure to recommend her to anyone we know that's starting their home buying journey.
