Citizens Supermarket Branch, Orleans, MA

This review is long over due but the customer service there was top notch. I had to go there to have a document notarized. I called while driving there and was told they would and stop by hurry because there would only a few minutes left over in their opening hours when we arrived. We arrived and Zhenya was extremely accommodating and notarized my car title with patience and grace. At this point they were 15 minutes past their operating hours but still kept at it until it was done. No charge, all smiles and a have a good evening at the end of it. Couldn’t recommend this branch enough. Especially since I was not even an account holder and could have easily been dealt with objection. Thank you again and sorry for the late review, just found your card in my wallet today. Have a great summer!

Customer service is a joke, was spoken to like I was a child by the condescending lady behind the counter.

Best bank ever

I was really a terrible day. Had to go to Citizens. Thankfully Andrelys Gonzalez and Danny Souza always straighten thing out very quickly. They have amazing customer service I finally love my bank:)

Poor service. Exchange cads to usd $20 service fee, that's ridiculous.
