Citizens Supermarket Branch, Pittsfield, MA

I have been a customer for many years after fleet bank closed. The best experience I found was In the north attleboro stop&shop. Best customer service. Just moved out to North Adams and was shocked to find no branches out this far. Not changing banks, just have to drive a bit more just to keep the banking I love

Long story short pick any other bank than citizens it will 100% be a better banking experience. First off, Horrible customer service, very strange working hours that seem to fluctuate on how the employees are feeling that day. have tried cashing multiple checks multiple times to find they closed early or just couldn’t help me. employees have no clue what they are doing. They didn’t know what a routing number was for a direct deposit account, banks are located in inconvenient areas of supermarkets where you feel as if your in the way of other people shopping for groceries, they seem to never actually care what your problems may be, in fact they have yet to offer me a seat in a office I believe I got an account there and did it all over the counter in a supermarket and last but certainly not least while I was banking with them I would always all of a sudden be out of money in my account when I knew for a fact that I had some left every time it would happen, would go to citizens to then try and figure out why I’m missing money and they would almost team up as confused people disagreeing with me as I’m standing in a grocery store feeling all sorts of out of place. That’s not how you should feel talking about your funds at a bank. NEVER BANK WITH CITIZENS IT WILL BE A MISTAKE

I've been a customer with Citizen's Bank since - forever. I wouldn't bank with anyone else. It doesn't matter what branch I walk into. Every single one of the folks that have helped me with whatever transaction I've needed has been simply wonderful. These guys are the reason I stay with Citizen's.

I was a life long Bank of America client but kept going to Citizens Bank with my girlfriend while she performed transactions with the nicest tellers at 3 different locations. Comparing it to the service I got led me to change banks. I'm glad I did.

The tellers are friendly but all around this bank is garbage literally have never had an issue with a bank until this one and let me tell you I’ve had several issues within a span of 3 days I do not recommend this bank to anybody because all it will lead to is frustration

I went to get my letter notorized today. I’m literally standing in front of this inadequate excuse for an employee signing my document and after I’m done she says she didn’t see me. I’m right in front of her 12” away. So she won’t stamp it. Can’t wait to close my account next week. Worst bank ever.
