I've never been so disappointed with service at a bank. They blocked my card once because of fraud. I never received a phone call or anything notifying me. When I went to the bank all they did was issue me a new card. Shortly after that the same thing happened and they blocked my card again but this time refused to give me another card. If I had this phone call the first time it was blocked I may have been able to prevent the problem from happening again. Now I have no way of accessing my money unless I fiscally go to the bank which is bullcrap and very unfair. I should have been warned of this the first time but now I just have no way of using my money unless I take it out of the bank. What if I need to buy my son diapers after the bank is closed and I didn't get to take out my money because I work? I'm truly disgusted and will make sure to spread the word of the terrible service I have received. And I will be closing my account first thing in the morning
