A wonderful place to do your banking. Great for city employees. Every single person working there is professional nice and understanding. They were our family bank for years ever since my father started working for the city and now many many years later I'm still benefiting from their service.

Ive been with this bank for ten years. Ive loved it, but not anymore. I avoid going at all cost. Since the city redid the parking lot, now there is only three, yes THREE bank parking spots, and they are almost always taken...probably not even by bank customers. I went here a few weeks ago, and there was nowhere to park. I parked in a metered spot and ran in. No exaggeration, i was back in my drivers seat leaving in one minute. Well, I got a ticket. They didnt even leave it on my truck, i just got the surprise in the mail. Not to worry though, I paid my ticket with a bucket of coins. The cashier at city hall loved me for that!! This situation is making me consider switching banks.

I filed for a car loan online and was approved for the loan quickly. The rate was the lowest available! Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and communicated very clearly. Sarah in the loan office was fantastic. She handled the whole process; it took me about 20 minutes total! Do try out MyCom.

Utterly incompetent. So many screw-ups from one tiny bank with a staff of 5 people. Deposited my check in someone else's account. Sent confirmation of a wire (containing bank account numbers) to someone else's e-mail. ONE ATM--and no deposit envelopes available on a Friday night. Repeatedly "deposited" incorrect amount (of paper checks) in my account. Assured me "bank by phone" was in the works--a year and a half ago--when it wasn't. BANK ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

In the past year several online company have withdrawn money late on purpose with My Com fully aware of this behavior on at least 12 occasions and each time the bank side with the curropt actions of these withdrawals and has given my money to these scammers. I highly suggest never to open an account there as you are not protected by my com they will give your money to scammers and leave you holding the bag. I am on social security disability for mental illness and taken advantage of every Time. Beware cause my com will Rob you
