Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch, Plymouth, MA

Small bank but fast and friendly customer service. It's located within the Shaw's supermarket, at the front of the store near the checkout lanes and cash registers. It also has a Citizens Bank ATM machine, which is accessible whenever Shaw's is open.

I mainly use the ATM here and not the other banking features, but it is really handy and convenient to have a grocery store, bank, and FedEx drop off all in one location!

This branch is awesome; super friendly, fast, professional, and always available to assist with questions and concerns. I wrote this review specifically to counter the one Jeff left 7 years ago. He obviously did NOT HAVE an account if he was charged a fee. Lady, PLEASE!

Useless, if the money dispenser isn’t working you can not cash a check. No alternatives, a bank that relies on a machine.

I have been with Citizens bank for years now, and have always been treated with kindness at my branch in Cedarville. Any time I have had a problem with anything else from them on the 800# over the years and I have had some doozies believe me but it was always handled w ease. They even notified me of some charges that showed up on my account while I was sitting here at home and they stopped it short!
