HarborOne Bank, Raynham, MA

When it was HarborOne Credit Union, I couldn't say enough about the excellent customer service and friendly employees. That is a thing of the past. Now that it is HarborOne Bank, customers are treated with careless attitudes and even rudeness. Most of the tellers that were part of the "old" group have either quit or got laid off. The branch in Middleboro is very difficult to get in and out of because of the traffic pattern on the corner, and customers are made to feel they are an inconvenience. Not a customer friendly place.

I have lost faith in this bank. I have been a member since 2005. Much better customer service in the past. They are not a “community service “ bank at all anymore. The customer service is horrible. I was on hold for 3 days. Nobody called me back just shuffled me around and put on hold. Terrible

HarborOne Bank is nice enough with a clean interior and polite staff. I tried to have change counted at this branch, but unfortunately they don't have a coin counting machine. That being said, I was the only customer in the room, and the small handful of change wouldn't have been that burdensome to count by hand. Four stars for being a decent place, but not quite willing to go the extra mile for the customer.

I've had this bank for over 5yrs not one problem. Fraud hit my account for around 1,000.00 I provided ALL PROOF AND POLIECE REPORT HIS NAME HIS PHONE NUMBER TEXT MESSAGES AND I RECORDED HIM. this pandemic hit everyone, in one way or the other I personally myself was not the lucky one. I'm disabled , have a bone disease, diabetic, I can barely walk some days, have a breathing machine, and have brain injury (TBI) I am homeless with my dogs and my disabled husband it's been extremely hard but we keep the faith we are still blessed we are alive.. I have applied TO EVERYWHERE EVEN SPOKE TO IRS. I explained to HARBORONE everything I just written is what I have said to them BUT they don't care all they want is money they were going to keep me entire disability I panicked ALL OUR MONEY GOES TO PLACES TO STAY HOTELS CAMP GROUND BY THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH WE HAVE NOTHING. FOR TWO WEEKS IN HOTEL OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS. Sorry venting back to main subject. I HAD TO SIGHN A PAPER STATING I HAVE TO PAY ALL THAT MONEY BACK I have to PAY 100 A MONTH TILL ITS PAID OFF ..OMG 100 IS A LOT TO US RIGHT NOW I FEEL ITS NOT FAIR

I love the service at harbor one the girls are all so nice and sweet no matter what curve balls I throw at them ... I love my raynham harbor one .. Ashely jessica lynee analee and jasime.. will make sure all your banking needs are met and you will leave there with a smile .....
