They all went above and beyond for me, I’ve never had a problem with them, I will go back to them when I’m ready for a new Car, I hope they can help me out then like they help me out immensely in the past! Very rude eveytime I called poor service I called for an 10 day pay put / ask for how much money I have let to pay then they have the Nerve to tell me figure out myself manager was great but the others need more training on how to speak to people funny how managers able to give you info you need but others that work there won’t I don’t recommend no one there

Would give zero stars is possible. Yes I am thankful they took a chance and gave me a vehicle loan when I had financial problems and was trying to rebuild my credit. That being said I took out a 3 year loan with 21% interest for a vehicle which I paid off in two years. The only reason I took the loan at that high of an interest rate was because they said it would go on my credit report. I paid off the loan in August and till this day it has not shown up on my report. I have called numerous times over the past 2 months and was told Angela would call me back. I have yet to receive a call back. I just tried calling today and now all of a sudden Angela is out of the office.

I just bought a car for three months, and the car broke down, I think the transmission problem, the first week I purchased the car, I asked him to change the car for me, he refused to give me another one, finally I get stuck with no car, because they took it from me to fix, but it's two weeks now, I can't go to work, and I don't know when will be done. Because of that I am close to be an homeless.

amazing customer service very great deals and great workers they are very relaible and understanding and they overall making financing a veichle an easy an non overwhealming process they are a huge office with diffrent auto details to offer their clients been here since 2016 i dont think i would ever leave to be honest
