Stopped in for a routine business transaction that I’ve made hundreds of times at various branches. Unfortunately, I was serviced by the branch manager who was apparently not in a good mood after the holiday weekend. Instead of accompanying a long time client with multiple accounts she refused to resolve the issue. I simply drove to the Yarmouth branch where I had zero issues with the transaction. God Bless any future clients at this location

This branch is terrible. Train your employees a little better.

This branch is generally awful. Never had good service here ever in 20+ years, today was the last straw. Go to the Hyannis branch of at all possible.
