Went in to open a checking account, worked with Heather, the best time I ever had dealing with a bank. Left with a new friend. Heather is a keeper.

Had an issue with debit card. Was greeted by a lovely lady who helped me right away. She fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes. Citizen Bank has very helpful staff, no matter what state I'm in!!
