Main Street Bank, Southborough, MA

I’m surprised I haven’t reviewed Main Street Bank before, I’ve always had a great experience. Any time I call I get a helpful human on the phone, any time I go to a branch for assistance I’m greeted with a friendly smile and always receive great customer service. For example, just now, Nick at the Southborough branch helped me with a new debit card, it took 10 minutes, super hassle free. I moved 20 miles from my nearest branch and I haven’t switched banks because I just love these guys.

John, the teller at the Southboro branch, is so helpful and patient. He has helped me nurmerous times with my father's accounts. My dad passed away and during this dificult time, John was there. This is why I love and use local banks. Thank you Southboro Main Street Bank.

Highly recommend this bank! I had to setup a business bank account in a short amount of time, and both the management team and this branch did so much in so little time. Special thank you to Amy Smith, the branch manger, for being so available and helpful always. As a business owner, quality and timely service is critical.

We had a wonderful experience with Amy on Tuesday! She was so helpful with my daughter as she was opening her first checking account. She spent so much time with us and was so friendly and kind. She reached back out again on Wednesday to see if everything was going okay and then was a great help today as my son needed to make some updates on his account. I can't say enough about her, she is a great asset to your bank!

I've used Main Street bank for my loan needs for quite a few years but had been resistant to move my general banking over. Well after getting sick and tired of getting yanked around by the big national banks I decided to finally pull the trigger and let me tell you the biggest mistake I made was not doing this sooner. The personal response and support you get from this team, including Amy and Nick, is incredible. If you're tired of sitting in a support queue on the phone as just another number, let me tell you there's better options out there. Love the MSB team and especially this crew in Southborough - keep up the good work!

Don't apply for loan at this bank. They are not willing to go above and beyond to help customers with options to get loan. We applied for another bank and they approved instantly.
