I give my highest recommendation to Continental Funding, Howard its owner, and its staff. I had an extremely difficult and complicated deal that others had no interest in even attempting. Howard and his staff did an excellent job and obtained me a fantastic mortgage. This was a lengthy process and we worked as a true team in order to get over every hurdle. I own multiple properties and I am sure I will use Continental funding again in the future. I am sure they like the easier deals too, but if you have a tough deal I strongly suggest bringing it to Howard and his team. I give them an A+.
