When I pay my loan I have the option if I don't want to do it online to call in but the problem with that is that if I use an actual person to pay with a bank account debit which doesn't really cost anything, I have to pay an extra $7.50. If I want to use the fully automated system over the phone, I have to pay an extra $15. That is predatory. Never get a loan from this place. A bank that charges you a fee to pay them is bad.

After a day's work b4 this 4th of July I met Dimitri, I don't bank here but he was very respectful and friendly, him and his team were dressed in the holiday color's! I wish him and his team GD luck into the future!

I have been with this bank for 7 years and have never had an issue, nevermind one that they couldn't fix. The tellers are always friendly and amped to help me.

I've been banking with them for over 10 years ,and I can not think of one bad experience! Great customer service and great rates! What more could you ask for?.... A+😁🏦 …
