My experience with Anne and Alex have been great. This will be the third time that I have used them to purchase our home as well as refinance. They are very easy to communicate with and will always go the extra mile for you.

I worked with Alex and Anne Siemiatkaska on the mortgage for my first house. Both were excellent at quickly turning around any requests. Alex routinely kept in touch for questions around pre-approval letters for offer applications and helped weigh in on my offers. Once I had an accepted offer she was great at walking me through the process and keeping in touch for important dates and items, such as locking in a rate prior to closing. Anne was great at turning around all document requests in a timely fashion and kept the process going smoothly. I have already recommended them to several friends in the market for houses and would gladly work with them again in the future.

Alex and Anne are amazing. We originally met them at a first time home buyer seminar in our town. We then met with them to determine what steps we would need to take to be able to get a mortgage at the best rate. Anne and Alex worked with us for several months in this capacity. When it was time to get pre-approved we immediately contacted them. Alex and Anne were able to explain everything to us in great detail and we felt like we had a good sense of what we could afford and the various options available to us as far as rates and loan types. During the home-buying process they answered any and all of our questions (very quickly) and explained the process would be as we were going through it. Everyone that we interacted with from their office was very professional. I would highly recommend Alex/Anne/Village Mortgage to anyone who is looking for a mortgage company with a small home town feel and personable service.
