Helina was an absolute GEM!! My father is in his mid 80s and she was beyond anything I could of asked for getting him set up with a new account. She made us feel right at home and we can’t wait to go back and say hi!

Wonderful atmosphere an is a overall great bank, even my parents left their bank to go to here because of the friendliness of the staff and overall tremendously great customer service/treatment.

Had my first car loan here. Used again for an equity loan. Paid both off. Now going to use as my primary bank. Great experiences.

Terrible customer service. The bank provides a service for customers, but when their service faults they charge the customers ridiculous fees. Don’t bother wasting your time here. Halina J was especially rude and unprofessional.

I switched banks a few months back and chose Webster First because my friend highly recommended.
I was lucky to be greeted by Isaiah and with no hassle at all set up and ready to go. He was very informative and answered all my questions.
I live in between the Webster and Dudley location but will always go to the Webster location based on that first interaction. Anytime I have a question he is readily available and very helpful.
I highly recommend this financial institution and have to say Isaiah is truly an asset to Webster First and a pleasure to work with.

As a local business owner, my experience with the Webster branch and all of the staff working under the supervision of Halina J. has always been positive and friendly. Whatever I need, they are always there to assist with a smile, from basic banking to setting up ACH payments. Plus they don't nickel and dime you with fees. I would highly recommend for personal or business accounts. They are a full service, local credit union with competent, caring workers and I have been banking with them for over 15 years.

They’re incompetent (looking at you Joshua) and will bleed you dry. We closed an account and went on an AUTOMATIC pay plan to pay it back. In the middle of that, they fired the woman working with us and stopped taking the agreed upon payments. We didn’t have any communication with them until we were told there was a COURT DATE they were making us go to since THEY failed to take our last AUTOMATIC payment. I have paid the money and am DONE with the incompetency. DO NOT USE THEM.
