EMM was fantastic to work with. Mark Breton and team helped us refinance our loan to a lower interest rate. They were easy to communicate with, quickly responded to questions, and I would recommend them for any mortgage product.

Our experience with EMM and Mark Breton was nothing short of a 5 star experience. Mark was excellent in answering our questions throughout the process, helping us secure a great rate and terms, and making himself available to us on his personal cell phone (off hours) when we had a ton of newbie questions. I recommend him and EMM without any reservations. We appreciate Mark and his team (Brian, Linae) for all they have done for us in the past 4 weeks to make our dream a reality.

Surprised to see that we were invited to leave a review, we cannot recommend EMM Financial. We were referred to contact EMM about a potential refinance. What we found was a disjointed effort that began with their portal not asking for certain key information, that other staff did ask for. Repeatedly. The process further continued with requests for information previously sent, timelines for updates to us repeatedly missed, the lack of interest for inclusion in our largest financial asset, more than sufficient as collateral. Follow-up was initiated by us, which leads to believe this firm was not seriously interested in working with us, nor our business. While we understand these are trying times, their underwriting department chose to ignore excellent credit history, by claiming two issues as a hinderance and not offering any alternatives. Two months wasted in this process. We cannot recommend working with EMM Financial.
