Terrible service at Westfield drive through branch. Banking over 30 years and the branch manager is doing drive up window and giving customers a hard time. Unprofessional!

Just got a vehicle loan from PNCU. Ben was great! We could have secured a loan with another CU at a lower rate but Ben's personal attention and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference to us. We went with PNCU and we're very glad we did!

Terrible drive thru, u have to wait for window transactions to get to atm. I waited 22min. Terrible setup
