Greylock Federal Credit Union, Williamstown, MA

I would recommend this credit union without hesitation. The Williamstown branch and staff are amazing. Jacquelyn and Anna always go above and beyond to make banking simple. They truly care about what they are doing and this shows so much in the way I have always been treated. The entire staff is kind and considerate. Would not want to bank anywhere else.

Worst hours. It's actually 8-4 for the lobby on weekdays and 8-5 for drive through. rude staff, just a negative overall experience

It says 24 hour atm but can’t get access to it when they’re closed.

This place is always been great for me. Whether it's auto loans, mortgages, rehab loans, credit, etc. It does have the typical rinky dink country credit Union feel to it. But the service has always been friendly and great!
