Having a mandatory 30 day period to hold what you pawn just seems predatory, like you already gotta pay a fee to get your stuff back, but if I'm able to do it in a week or two, why can't I? Just preying on people struggling because you are downtown. Look forward to going down Chandler and not seeing this shop, but scumbags always prosper in this country, so unlikely

Purchased an engagement ring from here. I got an amazing deal as the ring was appraised for almost $5000 more than what I paid for it. Josh was very helpful and helped me place a new band on it before I received it. Very happy with the overall purchase and support!!! Would definitely recommend this store.

Josh helped us with an engagement ring and we couldn't be happier with it. We are both post-grads with hefty student loans, so there is no way we could have afforded as nice of an engagement ring without Loan USA. The entire team of employees was very helpful and patient while I lamented over every decision. Amazing customer service! I now recommend them to everyone! Especially when I get tons of compliments on it.

Dont bother pawning with them Save your time and money they are crooks my gold bracelet came back missing links it doesn't even fit me anymore never doing business with again
