The bank as whole has by far the best customer service. Shoutout to Yesenia over Worcester Credit Union. In one word AMAZING! From start to finish she was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient! It’s representatives like her that worcester credit union is the best of the best.

I honestly DON'T see why WCU received such bad reviews! Over the past year and a half I have refinanced my house, opened an equity line and purchased a new car with WCU effortlessly. Yes, they had to close their lobby due to Covid19, however, they helped me through scheduled appointments, telephone calls and DocuSign. I love that I can manage my checking account, mortgage, equity line and pay all my bills through the online banking and their mobile app if I'm on the go! Lastly, now that the lobby is opened, I specifically went in to see the renovations that were done and it looks lovely. It's modern, bright, clean & inviting.

WCU helped me get a better rate on my car loan. It was fast, easy and painless. We were able to do everything through the online channels and docusign. Great Credit Union, with friendly, knowledgably and outgoing staff. Keep up the great work!

Great bank! WCU helped me refi my home when no other bank or credit union would. Everyone involved with my loan process was attentive, responsive, and made the refi process as stress-free as possible. Highly recommend this bank!

I have been banking here for 7 years and they have always been slow or late keeping up with their app for digital banking but sometimes they have errors and if your account over drafts because of said errors they don’t want to waive the fees I will be taking my business somewhere 7 years at a credit union and they can’t extend a credit line to keep me building with them 7years and my credit is 690 and I can’t refinance my car what in the world is this place really doing for ppl only has one branch I’m ALL done.

You will enjoy a great banking experience at Worcester Credit Union. Nancy and all the managers and staff are professional and very helpful. They provide excellent customer service.
