Customer service is great. I’ve been a customer for years. I am a little upset with the amount of the loan that one main could give me. So I received the small loan from them. I had to go to another place to get the rest of the funds that I needed. So basically I had to make two trips and had to have my credit run again. My goal is to pay off the loan and move on to other company’s. It’s sad when people pay on time and have been a customer for years how much they can’t lend but others lend what u need.

The respond from OneMain Financial was quick and effective. I was treated with courteous and kindness and had the loan within 48 hours of First Contact. They understood my needs a respond accordingly. Two brother organizations also demonstrated interest in my business. They fall fall into the category 'If your snooze you lose." Very pleased with the customer service of each individual I encountered in the office. I felt as though I had known them for a while. The onelune process was easy to follow and very thorough and secure. My personal loan officer was very accommadating and made sure everything was completed in a timely manner because I was leaving the next day to go to Florida to take care of affairs due to my dad passing. I would definitely recommend and use them in the future.

Shopping around for loans to help you along the way in life can be stressful but after running into OneMain Financial I was hopeful. I received services in the Aberdeen location and Diana was my representative. She was kind, patient and made sure everything was very clear for me, answering any questions or concerns I had on the spot. Before my appointment she did her work to find me better options based on what I was looking for with out me asking. So I ended up receiving more options that would also benefit me than what I initial was looking for and at a better rate. On the day of my finalizing Diana was not available due to personal reasons so she apologetically left me in the hands of Michael and gave him every detail so that my experience remained the same and he was great.
