Have to say that I was dreading going through a home purchase again, but Bay Capital made it a pretty painless endeavor. Did everything via email up to signing and closed under 20 days. Can't ask for much better. Probably the best part of the experience was the confidence building discussing the loan terms and possibilities, they made sure I understood what I was getting myself into even when I thought I was sure but turned out I wasn't. Cannot recommend them more. They're good people.

Dan and company are great team. Prior going through all of these, Dan gave us a bit of information- educate us on how to chose a loan and understand it prior to choosing them as our lender.
