Presidential Bank Mortgage, Annapolis, MD

In the past seven years I have dealt with Presidential Bank (Susan) to do a renovation/addition loan to my current home and then with a purchase of a renovation home. Both processes were smooth going. Susan was very proactive, informative, professional, and went above and beyond to get both loans processed. During the purchase process of my recent home, my realtor worked with Susan and told me that Susan was top notch, and she would be working with Presidential Bank (Susan) on a regular. Rich and Darla were great advocates for us when it came to getting our loan over the finish line. With little time left before our closing date, we hit a few road bumps getting everything through underwriting and they were consistently in touch very quickly to explain the issues so I could get them what they needed. I could tell that they were both working extremely hard and were very active working on our loan both early in the mornings and late in the evenings.
