Dont bother with this place. I asked about rings and the guy couldnt talk. I understand that. I offered to give my phone number to call me back and he stated thats not how they work, either come in or screw off. Thats out of the dudes mouth, today 30 seconds ago. Stay away from this place

If you pawn gold, you have to wait 18 days to get it out..plus you have to make an appointment, and confirm the appointment close to the time of appt....or you will lose your appointment. They only accept things that are high in demand. Like any pawn shop, don't expect to get nearly what you paid for your item.

Just heard about the bad news sorry for the lost, but how do I get out my pawn? I’ve called no answer and even pulled up an a sign said temporary closed. So I’m just wondering how would I be able to get my pawn out? Plz lmk

Won’t be giving this company my business. I called to inquire about which silver coins they have and the man who answered the phone was honestly one of the laziest people I have ever encountered in my life. When I asked if he could tell me which coins they have in the shop, he said “no, because then I’d have to get up and actually look at them”. Why would I drive 30 minutes out of my way when I’m not even sure about which product they have and if I’ll want to purchase anything when I arrive. I won’t waste my time with this company.

I had really good experience with them for suite some tim. However, I out too much conference in them and so as a renault they , literally, took over approx. $8,000 with of my prezioa jewelry. They suggested I out it on layaway so that I would not have to pay multiple feed when or if I could not pay them all on the due date. I said"yes", of course because I wouldnt have to worry about my itsas. So, I made layaway deposito over a period of time. All the time communicating with a trusted employee I called to inquire as to whether my items were secure. It was always, "why yes! You know I have your back, etc. When I went my final down patient in to retrieve my items, my granddaughter was given part of my items.and was told an additional post of $450 was due because those itsas werner included in the layaway. I spoken to jim on the phone and he gold me that it would be $450 or less to get those itsas out. The next week I called to say my granddaughter was coming with the money to get my other itemd and the same person suddenly amnesia. I was told I got all my things. I disputed jim and he got beligerent and rudi with me. I called back numerous times to no avail. Im now getting legal advice.
