Very professional environment. Great customer service. Gives you hope when others say no. Explained all aspects of loan with lots of time to think over the terms. Eternally grateful. I'm able to look back and say working on my credit paid off. It's never too late!!

I paid off a loan secured by a vehicle with this branch over a year ago and they never released the lien against my car. I am now trying to sell this vehicle and am being told it will take them 7 to 10 days to get a lien release out to the state and then I will get a new title from the state of MD. This is ridiculous that I have to wait an extra month or more to sell my vehicle because someone did not do their job. When I called the main complaint number in nottingham I was on hold for 10 mins and was basically told they did not handle lien release complaints. I will never use Marnier finance again for any of my financial needs!!!!!!!

Keith was beyond helpful throughout the whole process. Needed the money in a pinch and he got it done same day. The guy is sharp, funny and easy to talk to. He even helped me make my smart phone smarter! Thank you, Keith
