My mom and myself always walked into the bank together and every time we was greeted with respect and professional. After my mom passed last year everyone was very concerned about me.

Run away. Took 6 months to close a loan. In the mean time my balance payoff was way less than it was when the paperwork started and i basically got a cash out refi which i did not want. Excuses for delay was because someone was out sick. Really, one person can throw your closing date off that much. Ever hear of adequate staffing ? was told that the loan amount could be changed to reflect the actual payoff, "no problem". But, When i inquired about this before settlement date, it was as if i asked for an act of god. I was not told it had to be a certain time before settlement. Cant pay the loan online unless you have a checking account with them. Have to mail it in like you did 20 years ago or walk it in. I get charged for a $10 late fee after i paid 2/3 of the loan balance, (not the payment) within the same month and within 30 days of the last payment. You really don't know when your deadline due date is on a heloc their system so a$$ backwards. I assumed that they had online bill pay, so dont assume anything with this bank.

Best bank ever I, ve had a checking account with them now almost 18 years the all the tellers are ever so nice and helpful and the bank manager is just as nice my wife has had a saving account there as well going on 15 years with no problem ever

I feel like family whenever I conduct business there.

Do not ever get a mortgage with Rosedale! Ever! The customer service is the worst! You can do way better with another bank!
