I cannot say enough positive things about Secured Funding Corporation and James in particular. There are no other words to describe what James did for me besides he performed above and beyond his job description. I had a real estate opportunity fall into my lap but I had to get a loan approved in a very short time frame. To ensure that I was approved by closing, James worked through Thanksgiving, was always available to discuss any issues, took pressure off of myself and onto him, and made the entire loan process run incredibly smoothly. I closed on time without a hiccup all thanks to James' efforts. If I could give more then 5 stars - I would.
