I have been working with Temple View for several years. They are highly professional and responsive. I have come to rely on their industry knowledge. Not once did I see any glitches or mistakes made on their end - the follow up is excellent, and attention to detail and thorough analysis are impressive. I worked with Nick Odle and I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism. They work with borrowers and the larger real estate community across the country - well connected and respected. Would not hesitate to recommend to any serious investor or real estate professional!

I chose Temple View Capital because I was tired of trying to justify and validate my business goals with my bank! From beginning to end Rick and Yoshi made the loan process very understandable. They each took their time to explain and answer every question I had. The day of the signing my lawyer had a question. So I said well, let me call my lender and let’s ask him. He was completely impressed when my lender answered my call on the first ring! And then answered his question easily. I had been approved by Temple View Capital for lending on a home in NC for a fix and flip. The home was under contract for over three months with several failed attempts by the lender to get an accurate appraisal. The lender was responsible for hiring the appraisers and getting the reports in time for closing, but the first appraiser just failed to submit the report. We then extended the contract again and the second appraiser also failed to submit the report in a timely manner, once the report was filed it did not have the accurate information about the home (number of bathrooms, etc.). Temple View explained that it was all completely out of their control even though they were the business responsible for hiring them and the only ones that could communicate with them. I could have contested the appraisal, but because the report was filed past the deadline I did not have time to do anything about it. The lender told me that he could still make the deal work, so I, and the sellers awaited the new terms to only find out that the terms of the new loan were very different from what I had been told me I could get. This happened over and over again. The selling agent, should not sell loans because he doesn’t understand or have the knowledge of what the underwriters are going to need or the company as a whole is very deceitful. I should have suspected the company had some systemic issues right from the beginning because I had to repeatedly resubmit documents and I was continuously misled. This was a terrible situation for not only myself, but it also greatly impacted the sellers and the real estate agents. I would not trust Temple View to deliver on any of their promises. They will tell you one thing and deliver something completely different! They recently responded to this complaint saying they would contact me offline, but never did so don't believe that either when they say it. They say this is not how they typically do things, but after having this bad experience, I am finding out that there are many more people like me out there! This company has yet to do anything they told me they would do!

Working with Temple View Capital has been one of the best decisions we've made as investors. The entire process has been smooth. Nick Odle has gone above and beyond to provide guidance and recommendations. We're excited to close on our first property and look forward to working with Temple View on future projects.

Working with Yoshi was one of the best experiences with a lender that we’ve had. She managed to close the loan on time for us & make it a seemless easy & enjoyable transaction. If it wasn’t for her we’d have changed lenders. I would work with her again on all my loans as she is reliable, responsible & fast to respond as well. The best one to keep at TVC!!

My refinance with Temple View went smoothly. They got us the lowest rental rate that we could find anywhere. Our Loan Officer was Nick Odle. He was responsive and professional, even responding to our questions late at night. He promised to get the loan closed in three weeks and it actually did close on time. I’m glad we worked with them and we plan to come back to them in the future.

He was professional, fast and helped answer every question I had as well and bring up things I hadn’t thought about with my DSCR loan on an investment property I am purchasing. Nick Odle and TVC are phenomenal! Nick is extremely competent and helpful. Our first deal with TVC was very unique, but they worked with us and ultimately got the deal done.
