Eugene was an excellent communicator and was able to immediately respond to any emails/texts/calls that I had related to the refinance process. He made himself available after business hours and even on the weekends if necessary and was always transparent with the numbers and how they were calculated. The overall process provided by Fairway Mortgage was straightforward and easy and the tools that they provided for a pure electronic signature process and document submission were very helpful especially during the pandemic.
