Received a call for an application of a loan put in online and I felt like I was speaking with a child in a day care only to find out that I was supposedly speaking with the manager at the time. TOTALLY unprofessional and obviously not trained or qualified to deal with business transactions. Corporate needs to really evaluate who they put in their business establishments especially in any kind of leadership roll.

Such great customer service. Wincy (don't know her last name) was absolutely amazing in keeping me updated on the status throughout the whole process......if ever I am in a jam & need a quality loan product (not a predatory lender), I will look them up again. Highly recommended
