The process of securing my car loan was easy and fast. I enjoyed working with my service representative, Sharyl Amonica, and Branch manager Natasha Wickham-Benn. They guided me throughout the entire process. I am a retired educator and I give the credit union an A+ for performance.

As a new customer to ESFCU, Natasha exceeded all expectations. She was amazing! Excellent customer service promoting all the available services ESFCU has to offer. I went in to the California MD branch just to make my first truck payment and left with a credit card account offering 16% less APR, transfer of credit balance from another card, and a new checking and savings account. She was empathetic, professional, and knowledgeable about her organization. It was a refreshing experience and I will be moving my retirement and pay check deposits to ESFCU because if my positive experience with Natasha.

I am so pleased with the service I received Saturday when refinancing my vehicle loan at the California branch. Mrs. Benne was outstanding in the way that she expertly processed my loan, with such a kind, courtesy and pleasant manor toward me as a customer!

Natasha the branch manager was so nice and easy to work with. The loan process was very easy and she was very knowledgeable about what I needed to do. The whole process took about 30 minutes.
