Poor communication if any. Georgie promised to call in January! Still waiting. Stopped by the new office to see her, which of course she is never there, and left a message for her. Still no call. It seems these folks are very selective about who they choose to work with and Never have financial matters that need to be cleaned up because they are not interested in YOU! If you have a choice in mortgage companies, go with someone else!

10/10 recommend Oyster Mortgage. Georgie and her staff made buying a home as easy and stress free as possible. I never felt like I was bothering anyone. Being a first-time home buyer, you have ALOT of questions and things that need to be explained more than once. Any questions I had, no matter the time or place Georgie was coming up with numbers. Assuring me that even if this or that home didn't work out to not be discouraged -- the right one will come a long and she was right. IT DID! We came to Georgie @ Choptank Oyster Mortgage, as a referral from a friend that is also self-employed and she said "If anyone can get you approved she can"! Well it took some time, but she got it done! Our loan application was extra ordinary to say the least, but she did not hesitate. Countless phone calls, texts and paper and patience (on her part) but she knew exactly what was needed to get us approved. I can't thank Georgie enough and we will absolutely use her again.
