I love this home town bank …however someone really needs to do something about the Cambridge branch. Waiting to make a deposit in line for over a half hour is utterly ridiculous. This has been going on for too long . The lobby is closed so we have to use the drive through. Totally insane .

The service is extremely slow..... customer service is the worst I've ever seen it. This branch needs some big changes in cambridge. I drive all the way to Easton just to avoid long wait at drive thru. Such a shame used to be great bank.

I have used this bank when it was Centreville National Bank since I opened my first account in 1964. Before that my mother and grandmother also used it. As Shore United, my children and grandchildren also use it. 5 generations of satisfied customers!

They are always friendly and accommodating. We came in 20 minutes before closing, and Lynette was not rushing us out.

Let me start by saying Latoya is very helpful and so extremely nice, as well as the whole staff. I switched over from a savings to a checking account recently and the process was fast and easy thx to her:) Best bank on the shore!

I absolutely enjoy strolling through the drive thru and seeing the smiling friendly face of Carly Thomas . Things have definitely improved with the wait of the drive thru ❤️ Thank you
