I was contacted, although after 8pm, by a very helpful and knowledgeable person. I called 3 times the next day,today, with no success.

Everyone in the facility made this process helpful. Everyone was VERY PROFESSIONAL ! Any questions I had were answered with a smile. I would refer anyone who needs financial assistance.

OneMain is always there when I need them. Tim at the Catonsville office was great!

Worst bank I’ve ever refinanced with, never again . If you’re looking for a loan and need to refinance a car, they will take their sweet time sending the payment to other bank, also they love just charging your account whenever they feel like it. Never again never again.

My experience with OneMain Financial was wonderful. The young man that waited on me was very professional, kind and explained everything to me in a way that I understood. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a loan to come to OneMain Financial. This last loan I received was handled by Rita. She is so friendly and explained everything to me. When I called in to get a loan I was going to ask for Rita because she helped me before but she happened to answer the phone. I would recommend her to any of my friends that may want a loan.

I wish I could remember the young guy who helped me name 🤦🏾‍♂️ I'm bad with names BUT my experience was GOOD ! He was very patient & helpful literally got everything done for me in a few hours took his time explained everything and got me the best offer he had the funds in my account in hours and took a mountain of stress off my shoulders !

Shout out to the people over at the Cantonsville branch and the underwriters no doubt. It's just been a pleasure and an easy breezy experience.
