Incredible company to work with! Mark McVearry is a really nice guy who knows Reverse Mortgages like the back of his hand. Promptly responds to all emails and answers all phone calls, even late at night when a question pops in my head. Great company, one that is local and really cares about people. Highly recommended. It's evident why they have such high ratings on so many sites and are even recommended by financial advisors.

I have known both Mark McVearry and Donna Threadgill for nearly 25 years in my career as a Professional Certified Housing Counselor. They are both the most professional and knowledgeable people I know regarding reverse mortgages. They have always gone that extra mile when it comes to making their customers feel comfortable, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Writing a review about vendors is not something that I often do, but my experience with Reverse Mortgage Answers was so positive that I had to let others know. We never considered a reverse mortgage because of the horror stories in the media. Unfortunately, the media doesn't give both sides of the story. After meeting with Mark McVearry and dealing with his team we had no fear. After going though the process we know it was the wisest financial decision we ever made. We were never pursued or harassed, but they were always available to answer our questions. Every time I've had any questions concerning reverse mortgages, Mark McVearry and Donna Threadgill have been willing and more than able to answer them. There has never been any pressure or hidden agendas when asked to share their knowledge. I would like to share my experience that I had with RMA first of all I want to say thank you to Mark he was there every step of the way and would answer every email or text or call through this experience! I left the company to work with AAG due to my lawyer wanted to change and go a different way due to he didn’t like what the Mark was telling him! And to come find out that AAG was asking for the same thing and when I found this out, I called Mark back and asked if he would take me back as a client and he knew I was just going with my lawyer he did. Not long after my lawyer got on board with us we where able to get the Reverse Mortgage done! And I can’t forget Mary you are a super star thank you also for taking all my call and emails and helping me across the finish line!
