Love this Credit Union! Although they are super busy everyone I walk in.. the wait time is fast and they are so respectful and tentative when I get to the teller. Friendly faces and smiles when I walk in are always nice to see!!

I opened a checking and savings account at chessie a few months ago and I never had such a great experience like chessie the bankers and tellers are very friendly, fast service and great location they also have a drive up window. THANKS CHESSIE for all your help

This is a great location for Chessie and Convenient that the lobby is open later on Thursday and Friday’s.

Chessie Credit Union, in LaVale, specifically Mrs. Winebrenner, was very rude to me when speaking to me over the phone. She expressed a hostile tone as soon as she found out I was not a member. There are no one-time courtesies to members either. Apparently, they draw lines in the sand and that's it! I was very disheartened to learn that they do not stand behind there word. Please reconsider opening ANY accounts with them as they are not easy to work with.

My problems have been sorted out. Would now give the bank 4 stars.

Have been banking with Chessie since I was 5 years old and opened my first Christmas club account. I even kept my account with them throughout years I wasn’t living in Md. they’ve always been amazing to work with.

Amazing I love Chessie federal union. I wouldn’t go to any other bank. They treat there customers with so much respect and give help when needed. And there easy to contact or visit. Anytime I have a problem they take my call or I go in real life and they fix it right away. Amazing !!

I’ve been a member of Chessie my entire life! I have a 3-digit member number that proves it. I’ve always counted on Chessie for accuracy and help when I needed it. They have always come through for me. Every person has superior training and honestly, I’ve never had a mistake in my account. I will never leave!
