I was just about to contact this service as I need assistance with my transmission repair but these reviews have scared me away. I need help and don't need rude people making me feel worse.

They are rude and not precessional at all .... During this time of COVID , we all understand that we have to take precautions. But the gentleman at this Branch is so nasty with handling business for this Company ... 0 stars if I could !!!!!!

This company does not lower loan payments during Cov19 and they offered a settlement and then changed their mind. Dont trust this loan company

I saw these reviews and I was hesitant. I don't know if they changed management but I had a really good experience this week. I don't even usually write reviews but I think I should start because customer service still matters. I ran into some financial trouble and wasn't sure how I would pay the bill. After Covid, my expenses grew and my credit took a deep dive. The customer service was superior. The representatives were exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Alex guided me through the process and he was amazingly courteous, personable and very professional (ask for him). In addition, the gentleman that took my application was understanding and he helped me to understand what to expect. When he said that he would call back, he did! I didn't get to meet him because he was on vacation. Thank you to the team.

My account is paid up two months in advance and when i make a payment they take more money and take more in interest then applied to principal don t take a loan from them they rob you of your money in interest then applied to principal
