From the first phone call to the signed contract, Ms. Justice and Vicky made such an impression on me just by their level of professionalism that I won't bore you with details. At times, didn't return phone calls in a timely manner! I had to email corporate office in order to get attention. However, once we got connected, very professional an answered all my questions. I chose them to get my loan from because they are local and I enjoy doing financial things in person.

Mrs. Cory does not have ANY professionalism. Her attitude was too arrogant all the time. In all the calls she hung up on my face (too disrespectful of her) First she gave me some information and when she got it she told me that she never asked for that. This place definitely need to hire people with better customer service because Ms. Cory is none of that. Her service was AWFUL. I will never recommend One Main Easton to anyone, EVER!! NO STARS!!!
