Ron Alston ruin my experience with Bayshore! Me and my fiancé were first buyers. The only positive thing he has done for me is refer me to the best real estate agent Tyray Johnson! There was one house I really loved, we needed help with the closing costs. We put our bid in for the home. Ron told us we would need 16,000 down! At this time our bid was in at the home and we were waiting for a response from the seller. I told Ron me and my fiancé only had 14,000 and he took it upon himself to call the seller and tell them we were backing out of the deal!!!! That was my first strike with him! I moved on and found another lender that got us in the the same home for 9,714.21! Good deal!!!! ( guild Mortgage best company ever) In the process of working with Ron in the beginning he referred us to a credit repair lady Rebecca. I was trying to reach out to her with Some concerns of charges to my account from her company, she was not responding so I gave Ron a call (witch is her friend) When I got him on the phone of course I was a little upset!! His exact words to me were ( You’re probably upset because you couldn’t find anyone to give you a good deal like I did and you don’t have a home) that man said that to me !!!!!! Thank God I had him on speaker with people around to witness the conversation! So I laid him out! He kept calling back in my fiancé had to get on the phone with him. But I’m super excited today because we move in our new home thanks to Guild mortgage and the wonderful real estate agent ron referred Tyray Johnson!!!!

Evan at Bayshore was amazing! He worked with us for months.....long story but when it came down to it he didn't give up, he stuck it out with us and he made it happen! The way we wanted to do the loan was not doable but he made sure to rearrange what needed to be done in order to make it happen!
