Josh was very helpful and accommodating. I had eight teeth pulled that morning and he was very instrumental in moving our loan closing along as quickly as possible. He also was very understanding with my slurred speech and need to hear him repeat some things again. We have had Josh before as we have added onto our loan. It is so good to see a person who is loyal to the company and his customers as Josh is. We thoroughly enjoy working with Mariner Finance and particularly with Josh. Thank you Josh.

We needed a small loan for some emergencies. The process was very quick compared to any other loan we've gotten over the years. Josh and the office staff in Frederick were very pleasant. We're very pleased and will use them again if needed.

The first time I did business with Mariner, it was a complete success. Sweet, simple and to the point. The last time was an absolute disaster. For starters, I was told to come in at 4:30 for an appoint one day and when I showed up, they did not even know why I was there, nor would the person who told me to come in fess up to setting up an appointment. I was told to upload documents prior to the visit, which I did. However, when I arrived for my appointment, they told me that my documents were never uploaded. No call, nothing. On top of that, the branch manager tried to argue with me over what I was told. Lucy was very unprofessional and the tone she conveyed was that I was to just “deal” with it. I do not appreciate the way I was treated and the way that this branch is run and I will NEVER do business with Mariner finance ever again.

Josh was very professional and accommodating. His demeanor calmed my nerves.
