These ladies are TOP NOTCH and I wouldn't go any other place but here to do business. I really miss one of the former employees, Tasha, she always went above and beyond for us!! However, Brittany has done a fine job since she has moved onto another branch location & am glad to see such wonderful professionalism in everyone.

Excellent service, the girls know what they're doing and they will do everything in their power to get your loan approved and are very helpful. My situation was a little unconventional as the loan was for a boat and Tasha did a whole bunch of extra leg work to ensure that my whole process went smoothly. So satisfied I'm going to go back for another vehicle.

Needed my first ever personal loan and decided on One Main since it was the highest rated place I could find in Frederick. I went in one evening before they closed, and the next morning was approved and went in and signed for my loan. They made this first time experience AMAZING for me. It was easy, I got the money I was looking for, and have low monthly payments! Thank you, One Main, and Brittany specifically. She was wonderful to work with and followed through on everything she said. I will definitely be back and also recommend them to my friends and family for their loans needs!

Excellent follow up. Kim the manager and Ebony my account manager were awesome. We hit a glitch and the stayed open to make it all happen on a Friday night. I’m very pleased and made to feel very comfortable in a situation that was very stressful.

BEWARE!!! Loan sharks!!! They’ll take your money and if you miss one payment they’ll take your vehicle and sell it for profit. This is a loanshark company. End of story. Applied for a loan and was qualified IF I agreed to a nearly 50% interest rate. I was told over the phone that the loan was just a little over 25,000. Then I discovered that they wanted $750 in payments over 60 months… That turns out to be 45 grand. Now if this is not loansharking I don’t know what is!!!!!!!! I would love to get his company zero stars. And I will also contact the proper financial and governmental regulation agencies about this.

I called them many times and they never answer the call and they ignored my message in their answer machine. Kimberlee Goss is not doing her job. My sister had same problem. Good luck to ya guys when you need to call them.
