SECU Credit Union, Frederick, MD

This my daughters profile lol but ive been to that bank 2 times. They are so nice and helpful. I actually have one closer to me that i no longer go to (ellicott city) because there are 2 people there that just are difficult to deal with. I was lucky twice there once on a weekend with a white gentleman and during the week with a black female there. but the others just dont really seem interested or take the time to help get things as needed. this branch ive been helped by the same lady (seems like she's in the late 20's white female) and she's so nice and helpful. so i'll continue to drive further to this one. thanks

I had the best experience with Lauren at their Frederick MD location. I walked into the Buckeystown location so frustrated about an issue that seemed very trivial. Thankfully I was able to speak with Lauren; I don't believe I have ever dealt with someone as efficient, kind, and knowledgeable as she. Lauren reminded me why I have remained a customer for over 15 years.
