Don't use landmark, it's a garbage comaony and won't work with you on defferal. Told me I can't make a large payment and then not make a payment for a long time even though the system says otherwise.

The bank is refusing to provide me with or assist me at all in obtaining a Lein Release letter for a paid off loan from their bank for a vehicle that I am the legal owner of and have proof of ownership of. I also have proof that the lein was previously paid off in the form of a copy of the letter in question. The woman who answered the phone at the Glen Burnie branch has been rude and unhelpful to me on two recent occasions. Furthermore the complaint/request for further assitance that I filed on the corporate website has gone unanswered.

Poor customer service, Manager Yelled at me and hung up on Me when I asked specifics about account. My mother who doesn’t speak English needed help and she yelled at me saying you should have not been late on your payment good bye!

Where to begin. I mean looking at these reviews I understand how hesitant you would be even to try or talk or even bother to go in. So I'll tell the the whole truth nothing but the truth. It was flawless right from the beginning, getting the loan my actual 1st car loan , 1st car off a dealership, doing the paper work, getting full coverage which I forgot because I literally never had or needed full coverage I'm my own mechanic and have access in that industry. Literally the whole process was fast but did take some normal time I forget the lady that helped me she was very knowledgeable and on point with everything I needed to know and do to get the process I wrecked my car totaled it to crazy rays found my new car got approved and did all the paperwork drove my new car home in 4hours. I appreciated all the help she did and she took my 1st payment today no issues in and out in 5minutes. I can only speak for myself but if you go in with an attitude thinking negative then don't think it was there ignorance that messed it up. They did exactly what they are supposed to do to good people. Thank you again Lending Financial Services

The manager is very rude and disrespectful she hung up on me several times and never called back or anything she’s very unprofessional and disrespectful. I don’t recommend this place for any type of loan.
