Do not finance with this company!!!! I fell behind on two payments and ended up purchasing another car elsewhere and at that point I didn’t care about the damage it would do to my credit that’s how frustrating and unprofessional they are to deal with all they do is lie and scam! I spoke with someone and told them to come get the car after countless threats to reposes and “legal action” they then sent me a letter in the mail stating I verbally “authorized” a payment for one month which I NEVER did !! And took money off of my credit card I had previously used to make a payment with .. please whatever you do Stay away from Unfriendly finance !!!!

They are extremely rude on the phone with me every time that I call. They refuse to allow you to call them sir or ma'am, they want you to call them Mrs. So and So and Mr. So and So. Very hard people to deal

I have not had issues with them. Only reason no 5 star is payments are not convenient and are cost to make. They have worked with me when my office had to shutdown for 6 wks and I didn't have the means to pay. They are great for credit building as well. As far as the staff, I always speak with them pleasantly so I've had no issues. They are direct which may be taken as rude. However, there job is to be firm yet understanding to the demographic their company represents. I'm sure many are stressed when calling and forget to watch their delivery. I've worked in customer service and us patrons are not always understanding that they have to deal with us ALLLLL day. Be what you want to receive.

Used them in the past. They are an absolute joke. Would make payment and it would mysteriously disappear. They prey on desperate people with poor or marginal credit and take advantage of them. Trust me, you're better off walking than using this joke of a company. They "lost" 2000 worth of payments. Even after showing Bank statements that these payments were made. I finally let them take my car and ironically they didn't pursue any legal action ...wonder why.......oh, maybe because they would have been exposed for the frauds that they are. I could go on and on but for real avoid at all costs.

This company is by far the most unprofessional company. Especially for someone like me who is a first time car owner. With the exception of some financial difficulties not to mention a pandemic, I always manage to make my payments. Even when I did make consecutive payments on time, there is no understanding when you cannot. I receive THREATENING text messages even after I’ve already spoken to someone about when I’m able to pay. I have less than 10 payments left on my car I can’t wait to be through with them. I’m sure everybody that works there is one missed paycheck away from a financial crises yet they act like they don’t understand.

This s the nworst company to get a loan from, the representatives are rude and very nasty all the time I have never had a representative that care about you and your msituation. They hang up on you because they dont want to hear what you are saying. they threaten you and cut you off while you are talking they over talkm you. Thye run you credit card as a cash advance and dont tell you that is what they are doing. and that cause you to pay more money with your credit card. This becomes a big big inconvience as you will hVE TO PAY AND ADDITIONAL 35.00

These people are so rude it’s ridiculous! The women handling the phones are dismissive, they will talk over you and they will hang up on you!! If you are a few days late they will send you threatening texts, threaten to call your job and will also send your location to you. Even after speaking to someone they will continue to! Never again and will never recommend them to anyone.
